RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Domestic Orders (US)
- 30-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
- Final sale items: Gift cards, sale items marked "final sale"
How to Return:
- Email hello@differentsetup.com with your order number
- We'll send you a prepaid return label ($6.95 deducted from refund)
- Drop off at any USPS location
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
Exchanges:
- Same process as returns
- We'll ship your new item once we receive the return
- Exchange shipping is free
International Orders
- Returns accepted within 30 days
- Customer pays return shipping
- Contact us to initiate
REFUNDS
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Processing: 5-7 business days after receipt
- You'll receive email confirmation once processed
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Send photos of damage
- We'll ship replacement immediately — on us
