We want you to love your gear. If something's not right, we've got you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Domestic Orders (US)

  • 30-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
  • Final sale items: Gift cards, sale items marked "final sale"

How to Return:

  1. Email hello@differentsetup.com with your order number
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label ($6.95 deducted from refund)
  3. Drop off at any USPS location
  4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt

Exchanges:

  • Same process as returns
  • We'll ship your new item once we receive the return
  • Exchange shipping is free

International Orders

  • Returns accepted within 30 days
  • Customer pays return shipping
  • Contact us to initiate

REFUNDS

  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Processing: 5-7 business days after receipt
  • You'll receive email confirmation once processed

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Send photos of damage
  • We'll ship replacement immediately — on us
